What is Because of Boonie and what media solutions do you offer?
Creating long lasting memories that celebrate the bond between humans and their dogs, encouraging adventure + connection with nature, and falling in love with the road less travelled is an absolute must for me! While we catch a lot less flights now, we’ve fallen in love with being on the road and taking the long ways to allow Boonie to explore and see new terrains. I am definitely the girl that always has her dog with her and will 100% cancel plans to hang out with Boonie. At the end of the day, dogs are only given the life we show them – so we want to travel far with this dude. Aside from our storytelling through our blog, my goal is to offer studio portrait sessions of your pup, sessions with you and your pup, or couples and their fur babies in their chosen environment with locations that change dependent on where we travel to.
While Because of Boonie started as a way of documenting my own pup and the ways he has enriched my life, my media background has naturally seeped in and has truly created this brand which is surrounded around capturing you and your dog in your natural element. Because of Boonie Media acts as a full production studio that can capture special moments between you and your dog and the special bond you share.

In the Studio
For the folks who love to capture their dog’s total vibe – up close and personal, this one’s for you! These are meant to capture all the quirks of your pup in a more controlled environment. But don’t worry, we’ll still be able to grab those candid shots.
I also offer portraits of you and your pup together in the studio! Perfect excuse to give everyone prints of you and your fur baby for Christmas 🙂

Out in the Field
For the folks who love to be outdoors and bring their pup along – this one’s for you. Countless times, have we all tried to set up our phone on a rock, set the self timer, and sprint to a vantage point to get the perfect shot of us and our dog – only to result in the shutter before we reach our posing point, tripping over a leash, and possibly out of focus.
That’s where I come in! Adventure shoots are meant to capture you and your pup out there doing the things you love most. Whether its just your pup, you and your pup, OR couples with their pup, the end result will be beautiful candid shots as well as an optional cinematic 30 second reel to upload to your socials.
